Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (about 11 oz or 300 gr)
- 2 salad tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & black pepper
Directions
- Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes and arrange alternately on a flat dish
- Sprinkle with freshly sliced basil and oregano
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve cold
