Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 cup wakame
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- salt
Directions
- Soak the dried wakame seaweed in a bowl with water for 10 minutes
- Drain and squeeze out the water
- In the meantime, wash and slice the cucumbers as thinly as possible into a bowl
- Add salt, drain any excess water on the bottom of the bowl and set aside
- In a separate bowl mix together: soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and rice vinegar
- Place the sliced cucumber and wakame on your serving platter, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds
