Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp white sugar
- salt
Directions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers as thin as possible
- Add to a bowl, season with salt and let rest a few minutes
- In another bowl mix well soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar
- Drain any excess water from the cucumbers, add the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds
