Smoked Salmon Dip

Smoked salmon is savory and salty in flavor. The cream cheese helps to add some tang to the fish and blending it just right helps to get the flavor spread evenly. Add some chunks of salmon to the dip for some texture, serve on crackers, chips or on a bagel…

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 4-5 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp dill


  • Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice and dill in a food processor
  • Put half the amount of the salmon into mixture then process till smooth
  • Add rest of the salmon to mixture and fold in
  • Serve dip with crackers, chips or a bagel and top with dill
