Salmon Teriyaki

Super delicious and quick salmon fillet, cooked and marinated in an easy to make Teriyaki sauce, the perfect complement to any fish or meat based recipe…

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat
  • Add the salmon fillets and cook until crispy (about 4-5 minutes)
  • In the meantime, take a small bowl and mix well together: soy sauce, sugar and mirin
  • Turn over the salmon fillets and pour the sauce over the fish
  • Cook at medium heat for 4-5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon from time to time
  • When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and serve!
