Salmon Mousse

Easy and quick appetizer ready in just a few minutes! You can serve the mousse spread on your favorite type of toasted or fresh bread, cut in fancy shapes…

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 5-6 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 tbsp cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1/2 scallion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch of salt


  • In a bowl combine the ricotta cheese with the smoked salmon (chopped) and mix until even (you can use a food processor fitted with a blade attachment)
  • Finely chop the scallion and the dill and add them to the mixture
  • Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil
  • Finally add the liquid cream to the mixture and stir until fluffy and thick

Croutons, crackers or toasted bread
