Ingredients (for 2)
- 5-6 slices smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 tbsp cooking cream
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1/2 scallion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl combine the ricotta cheese with the smoked salmon (chopped) and mix until even (you can use a food processor fitted with a blade attachment)
- Finely chop the scallion and the dill and add them to the mixture
- Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil
- Finally add the liquid cream to the mixture and stir until fluffy and thick
