Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 cup oat cereals
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 apple
- 1/2 mango
Directions
- Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan, but don’t boil it
- Place the oat cereals in your favorite bowl, add the hot milk, mix well and set aside
- Peel and deseed the apples and mango and them chop in bite-sized pieces
- Slice the almonds and stir them in the milk
- Top with the apples and mango

- If you like the cereals to be crispier, use cold milk instead
