Ingredients (for 2)

  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • half onion
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley
  • chives


  • Chop tomatoes and mango in a large bowl
  • Finely dice onion and chives and add to the mango
  • Top with chopped parsley and fish sauce; toss to combine
  • Serve with your favorite fish and enjoy!

You can use shrimp paste instead of fish sauce for a milder taste
