Delicious and sophisticated salad, perfect for the summer season, combining juicy ripe figs with the bite of goat cheese…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 4 figs
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- green leaf lettuce (about 120 gr or 4 oz)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt & black pepper
Directions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing together oil and vinegar in a small bowl
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly and arrange on each individual plate
- Peel the figs, cut them into quarters and place them over the lettuce (1 and a half fig for each serving)
- Top with crumbled goat cheese
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and season with salt and pepper
