Leaf Salad with Figs and Goat Cheese

Delicious and sophisticated salad, perfect for the summer season, combining juicy ripe figs with the bite of goat cheese…

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 4 figs
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • green leaf lettuce (about 120 gr or 4 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & black pepper


  • Prepare the dressing by mixing together oil and vinegar in a small bowl
  • Wash the lettuce thoroughly and arrange on each individual plate
  • Peel the figs, cut them into quarters and place them over the lettuce (1 and a half fig for each serving)
  • Top with crumbled goat cheese
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and season with salt and pepper
