Lamb Kebab Skewers

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 cups lamb (ground)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt


  • Put in a food processor the lamb with onions, garlic, mint, cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice and oil
  • Mix well until the meat is properly minced and all ingredients are combined
  • Let it rest in the fridge (covered with plastic wrap) for about 1 hour
  • Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes
  • Divide the meat in equal portions, getting a handful at a time (use some olive oil to prevent sticking)
  • Shape it around the skewers to make long thin sausages
  • Grill over a barbeque to get that smoky flavor (alternatively you can use a grill pan) and enjoy!
