If you like hot and spicy food, but you are tired of the same old chicken, try this lamb on your grill or broiled in the oven…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/2 chili pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt & black pepper
Directions
- In a shallow plate or bowl mix together: chili powder, paprika, grated ginger, olive oil, salt and black pepper
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the lamb chops and then let marinate in the plate, covered with plastic wrap, for 15 minutes
- In the meantime, heat your grill or turn on the broiler in your oven to high heat
- Grill or broil the lamb chops for 4 minutes per side and serve smoking hot!
