Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Take a bowl and whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce and mirin until well combined
- Place on medium-low heat, stir in the sugar and mix until dissolved
