Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- oil for frying
- a pinch of salt
Directions
- Wash and slice the zucchini into short, thin strips
- Take a bowl and beat the egg
- Add cold water and then wheat flour little by little, whisking constantly in order to avoid it to curdle
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan
- Coat the sliced zucchini with the batter and fry until golden
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil
- Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately!
