Grapes are full of vitamin C and a cup of grape is only 100 calories. This grape salad is best made overnight so that the sugar can blend into the grapes. You can use any type of grape you prefer and could even mix in some apples…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Wash grapes and put them on a paper towel to dry
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl
- Put grapes into the mixture and stir until thoroughly combined; let it rest a few hours in the fridge (the more the better…)
- Top with pecans and brown sugar, toss and you are ready to serve!
