Cajun-style coupled with an originally Italian appetizer, you can add your own flair to make it a bit different from the original. This dish is usually served cold and is a great party entree…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp red Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp Cajun mix
- salt & black pepper
Directions
- Pour cold water into a deep saucepan, enough to cover eggs; place eggs into water and put over a medium flame
- Bring water to a boil then lower flame and cover pan; cook for 15 minutes then remove from flame
- Run eggs under cold water and then remove shells
- Slice delicately the eggs in half and use a spoon to remove yolks
- Place yolks into a bowl along with mayo (or salad dressing), hot sauce (Tabasco is our favorite), black pepper, cream cheese and salt; mix to combine

- Refrigerate and serve!
