Mouth-watering brownies are always a favorite for just about all chocolate lovers. This recipe adds a spiced flair with cinnamon and crunch with macadamia nuts which definitely upgrades a traditional already delicious dessert…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 5 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 1/2 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp white sugar
Directions
- Set oven to 325 °F (160 °C)
- Use foil to line baking dish, folding foil over the edges of the dish
- Put margarine and sugar into a large bowl and use a hand mixer to blend until fluffy; add eggs and beat to combine
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a container
- Add flour mixture and milk alternately until mixture is combined, then add nuts and fold
- Lightly oil prepared baking dish and add brownie mixture
- Bake for 50-60 minutes then remove from heat and allow to cool
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
