The perfect dipping sauce for your favorite spring rolls and dumplings. Try it also on egg rolls and meat of course!
Ingredients (for 2)
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Combine in a small saucepan water, corn starch, vinegar and white sugar
- Stir to get a smooth texture while heating gently
- Add the ketchup, stir and let it cool
- If you want you can spice it up with chili peppers or chili powder
