Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 chicken breast (about 11 oz or 360 gr)
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- salt & black pepper
Directions
- Wash and chop the peppers (remove seeds) and green beans and set them aside
- Mix together ketchup and soy sauce in a large bowl
- Cut the chicken breast into strips, add them to the bowl and stir until well coated
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the chicken for 4 minutes, stirring frequently
- Add peppers and green beans and cook for another 7-8 minutes over high heat (leave vegetables a bit crunchy)
- Finally stir in the oyster sauce, reduce heat, and cook for 2-3 minutes more
- Add some fresh chilies if you like and serve hot in your favorite bowls!
