Ingredients (for 2)
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 stalk celery
- garlic powder
Directions
- Steam or boil chicken breast; once ready, cube or shred it and set aside
- Chop apple and celery and put it in a bowl together with raisins and the chicken
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, oregano, mustard, olive oil and garlic powder together in another bowl
- Pour dressing on chicken mixture and toss well
- Serve on top of lettuce and sprinkle with nuts if you desire
