Broiled Salmon with Dill

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets (about 5 oz. each)
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (400° C)
  • Grease the bottom of a baking pan with olive oil (you can use parchment paper instead)
  • Add the salmon fillets skin down and season with salt and black pepper
  • Spread the dill over the fish and drizzle some olive oil on top
  • Broil for 10 minutes, then turn over and cook for 5 minutes more
  • Serve hot with some lemon juice on top!
