Beef Carpaccio and Parmesan Cheese

Fresh carpaccio with shaved Parmesan cheese on top. Simple, healthy, classy and no cooking needed.

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 12 slices beef carpaccio (about 9 oz. or 250 gr.)
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & black pepper


  • In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, the olive oil, salt, black pepper and stir to combine
  • Arrange the beef carpaccio slices on a serving plate and pour over the lemon emulsion
  • Wash the arugula and add it on top of the meat
  • Shave the Parmesan cheese on top, drizzle with some more olive oil and serve cool

Tips from the Chef

  • If the lemon flavor is too strong for your taste, you can substitute it with fresh orange juice
  • Try adding some pine nuts as final touch!
