Super easy to prepare, fast and tasty, good as a starter as well as side or main dish during the summer season…
Ingredients (for 2)
- 2 cans tuna (about 10 oz.)
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 scallion
- 1/2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Directions
- Drain the tuna from excess water or oil and add it to a bowl
- Stir in finely chopped chives and scallion
- Sprinkle a little bit of lemon juice
- Mix in the mayonnaise, season with salt and put it in the fridge
- Cut off the stems and tops of the bell peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and ribs
- Fill each half with the tuna mixture, arrange on your favorite serving platter and serve!
