Baby Bell Peppers Stuffed with Tuna

Super easy to prepare, fast and tasty, good as a starter as well as side or main dish during the summer season…

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 cans tuna (about 10 oz.)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/3 scallion
  • 1/2 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt


  • Drain the tuna from excess water or oil and add it to a bowl
  • Stir in finely chopped chives and scallion
  • Sprinkle a little bit of lemon juice
  • Mix in the mayonnaise, season with salt and put it in the fridge
  • Cut off the stems and tops of the bell peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and ribs
  • Fill each half with the tuna mixture, arrange on your favorite serving platter and serve!
